2. Up Vitamins and Minerals

A diet high in vitamins and minerals, and supplementation with vitamins and minerals, improves IQ and concentration

- Eat more whole foods, fresh fruit and vegetables

- Take a multivitamin and mineral supplement

- For children with learning and behavioural difficulties, test homocysteine.
