Magnesium supplementation improved ADHD symptoms B. Starobrat-Hermelin & T. Kozielec, Magnes Res, 10(2):149-56, 1997

Details

50 ADHD children aged 7-12 years with recognised magnesium deficiency in their blood were supplemented with magnesium for six months. They were compared with 25 similar children (controls) who were also magnesium deficient and were not supplemented. The supplemented children showed a significant reduction in their ADHD symptoms using standard psychometric tests compared with the control children.
