Supplementation of fatty acids improved ADHD symptoms in children aged 7 to 12 years. N. Sinn, J Dev Behav Pediatr. 28(2):82-91, 2007

Details

In this double-blind, placebo-controlled, radnomised trial involving 132 children with ADHD, the children taking a combination of omega-3 fish oil and omega-6 evening primrose oil for 15 or 30 weeks had significant improvements in ADHD symptoms compared with those on placebo. Changes in symptoms were measured on the Conner's scale.
