A recent study in the British Journal of Psychiatry has found that the more sweets a child eats at the age of 10 the greater are their chances of being convicted for violence at the age of 34 even after controlling for factors such as education and parenting. The study involved 17,415 children born in 1970. Yet more evidence that sugar makes you more aggressive.
